When you place an order through our Site:

• You authorize PSI to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
   

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

We ship within the U.S. using standard carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. PSI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

We stand behind our products and services. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Supplements: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
• Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags within 30 days. 
• Digital services or training plans: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding specific results from supplements, training, or apparel. Individual results may vary based on lifestyle, adherence, and other factors.

PSI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
